Caroline Beaurin has ten years of management experience in the hospitality industry locally and internationally. She worked for international restaurant groups such as Le Petit Paris in Los Angeles,
Patina Restaurant Group at the Hollywood Bowl, the world-renowned Le Parker Meridien Hotel in Palm Springs, and LA's landmark restaurant Damon's Steakhouse. She worked for Parisian prestigious Palaces such as
Le Bristol Hotel, The Four Season George V Hotel, The Ritz Hotel, among others. In 2010, after her first internship at Armagnac Castarède, the oldest house of Armagnac founded in 1832, she developed her passion for wine and spirit, where she worked as an Export Assistant.
Education
In France, she obtained her MBA in International Hotel & Tourism Management, EURHODIP
and her Master's degree in International Hotel Management from Vatel Business School Paris.
